Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card to complete the college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. Additionally, her year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her degree from college. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she finished third. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as the seated rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets with 10-12 reps is done.
